Scope of OnSite and Remote Services


1. Server Support and Troubleshooting 

 

  • Repair servers running Windows Server 2000 and Windows Server 2003.
  • Install the latest Microsoft Critical Security patches and Service Packs.
  • Maintain latest Anti-Virus definition files for server and end-user connectivity.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, moves and take-downs of Server equipment.
  • Server system tune up (Defragmentation, Disk Scans, Removal of unused/unneeded software, System Performance Configurations)
  • Scan and removal of “Spyware” or other programs that may be running on the Server systems without your knowledge.
  • Assist with Server Application troubleshooting on programs from companies such as Microsoft, Symantec, IBM, and many more, including third party software.
