Our scope of services do not end at the operating system. We have the background and hands-on experience with various programs and software suites, including, but not limited to, office productivity, communications, multimedia, security, anti-spyware, and anti-virus applications. Our support covers, installation/uninstallation, support, configuration, and repair of the software running on your system. Aside of our customers’ software needs, we provide servicing and repair of all of our customer's systems hardware components. We have the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and replace all of the components within your system, from processors, memory, and motherboards, to hard drives, video cards, sound cards, and network interface cards, as well as all peripherals including printers, monitors, and input devices. Our customers are provided with upgrades, warranty, and replacement of any of these components. Understanding that any software platform will only be as stable as the hardware on which it is operated, we can perform the actions needed to have our customers’ complete system running with the needed performance and stability they demand. We also cover diagnostics, service, and repair of network and networking devices. This entails cabling from end-to-end, hubs and switches, routers and hardware firewalls. Possessing the knowledge and experience, we have the ability to support various makes and models of networking hardware platforms, including Cisco, Linksys, D-Link, Netgear, and so on. Without a solid connected network, stand along computers aren't much use in this day and age, when the electronic document is e-mailed in lieu of sending bulky envelopes.
